I couldn't get the cats in the holiday spirit, LOL. The dog doesn't like it , but I am bigger than he is so what choice does he have . LOL

I am getting closer to finishing the Toccata #1. I stopped working on it to work on the square for Kelvin.

This from the Prairie Schooler book #85. I am stitching this for Kelvin, his wife passed away in Oct. She was a member of one of the groups I am in. Several of the ladies in the group are stitching different squares, then one of them will make a quilt for him. I am almost finished with this one.

Whoopee! I finally did it. I hope everyone is sitting down. Yes! I finished Edwina Bear.I have been working on this since Oct. 2008.
This is a kit from Bucilla called Paper Dolls/ Teddy Bear. It is 16 x12. Stitched on 28 count. I did change the fabric. The kit comes with white fabric. Now I have to get busy and frame it.

I have been busy the last couple of days working on the Toccata #1 . I am quite please with the progress. It has been way too hot to go outside, so I just sat and stitched. I was at D when I started yesterday. I ran out of thread for the letters so I stopped for the day.

I finished this piece in Oct. 2008. I didn't have any one to give it to. My aunt called and needed something quick , so I put the couples name in it and the year.
This is the first piece that I have framed. It turned out quite nice, at least I think so. LOL

Edwina bear update

Here's the latest update on my stitching progress on Edwina Bear. I finally finished the Seeds and Pokes exchange so I have been working a little on this. I am getting closer to the end.
